We provide mechanical servicing, repairs, diagnostics and preventative maintenance for light vehicles, heavy vehicles, trailers, caravans, plant and machinery. Our capabilities also include auto electrical work, automotive air conditioning, fleet maintenance, field service, breakdown support, mine-spec fit-outs, custom vehicle builds, accessory installations and skilled labour hire.
Our team works on a broad range of assets, including passenger vehicles, 4WDs, utes, trucks, prime movers, trailers, semi-trailers, caravans, earthmoving equipment, forklifts, cranes, mobile plant, mining equipment and civil construction machinery. Yes. Work can be completed at our fully equipped Karratha workshop or, where appropriate, by our mobile field-service team. Our field vehicles support onsite servicing, fault diagnosis, repairs, preventative maintenance and breakdown response throughout the Pilbara. More extensive work can be referred back to the workshop when specialised equipment or additional facilities are required.
Our workshop is located in Karratha, and our mobile team regularly supports customers in Karratha, Dampier, Wickham, Roebourne, Port Hedland, Newman, Tom Price, Paraburdoo and Onslow, as well as surrounding mine sites and remote locations. We can also travel for planned maintenance, shutdown support and onsite repairs. Please contact us to discuss access, timing and travel requirements for your location.
Yes. After-hours breakdown support is available by phone, subject to technician availability, site access and travel conditions. For urgent assistance, call 08 82 874 874 or 0477 874 874 so we can assess the situation and arrange the most appropriate response. Email is not monitored outside normal workshop hours and should not be used for emergencies.

Yes. We develop practical fleet-maintenance programs for businesses of different sizes, including scheduled servicing, preventative maintenance, inspections, fault diagnosis and repair support. These programs are designed to improve safety and reliability, extend asset life and reduce the likelihood of costly unplanned downtime. Support can be provided in the workshop, onsite or through a combination of both.
Yes. We complete mine-spec upgrades, compliance fit-outs and customised vehicle builds for mining, construction, transport and industrial applications. Depending on the project, this may include safety lighting, battery isolators, reverse alarms, UHF radios, fire extinguishers, reflective signage, trays, canopies, toolboxes, cranes, suspension upgrades, dual-battery systems, solar charging and other site-specific modifications.
Yes. Our auto electrical services include diagnostics, fault finding, batteries, charging systems, wiring, lighting, accessories, dual-battery systems, solar systems and complete electrical fit-outs. We also service and repair automotive air conditioning systems for light vehicles, heavy vehicles and machinery, including leak detection, system repairs and re-gassing where required.
Yes. The Pilbara Hub can provide skilled personnel for short-term assignments, longer projects, shutdowns, workshop support and site-based maintenance. Available personnel may include mechanical fitters, heavy diesel mechanics, auto electricians, service technicians and shutdown personnel. Labour requirements should be discussed directly with our team so we can confirm suitable personnel, availability, mobilisation and site-induction requirements.
